KOPHק

145-152

145I call with all my heart; answer me, LORD, and I will obey your decrees. 146I call out to you; save me and I will keep your statutes. 147I rise before dawn and cry for help; I have put my hope in your word. 148My eyes stay open through the watches of the night, that I may meditate on your promises. 149Hear my voice in accordance with your love; preserve my life, LORD, according to your laws. 150Those who devise wicked schemes are near, but they are far from your law. 151Yet you are near, LORD, and all your commands are true. 152Long ago I learned from your statutes that you established them to last forever. (NIV)

PRAYER: My Lord and Savior, with all that I am, from out of the depths of my heart and mind, I cry out to you!  Turn your attention to me, see me, hear me, and counsel me; then I will walk out all your counsel with my life and work. I call on you alone above any other hope of salvation. I am focused by my circumstances to look to you; revive me and I will respond in faithful obedience.

Before the sun rises, I come to you to seek your help for the day, for I need you desperately. My only hope is in your counsel. All day long I consider your teaching. As the sun sets, I seek you again in the quiet places so I can think well upon the promise of your counsel and find rest for my weary soul (Phil. 4:6).  Every day, as the sun follows its circuit, I follow you in set times of worship.

Hear me, LORD, because I know you love with a steadfast love. Not according to the world’s justice, but according to your law of love and mercy, give me life.  Closer and closer, my persecutors draw near me to threaten me with their evil intent; they are as far from your law as any could be! But you, O LORD, are always near me; all your commandments are true. I follow after you by keeping them and find comfort and peace.

I have known from the years of my mortal life that your counsel is true and will still be true when all evil is past.  Greater still, your word is established in all eternity; therefore, I quiet my soul and wait for your salvation.

KOPH – 145  I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD! I will keep thy statutes. 146 I cried unto thee; save me, and I shall keep thy testimonies. 147 I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried for help; I hoped in thy word. 148 My eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word. 149Hear my voice according to thy lovingkindness; O LORD, quicken me according to thy judgment. 150 They draw nigh that follow after mischief; they are far from thy law. 151 Thou art near, O LORD, and all thy commandments are truth. 152Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them forever. 145 COPH. Clamé con todo mi corazón; respóndeme, Jehová, Y guardaré tus estatutos.

146 A ti clamé; sálvame, Y guardaré tus testimonios.

(RVR)
